• Reference photos (optional) — if you attach a style photo to a booking, it's stored only to help your barber prepare for your cut.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics — which pages are visited and whether the Book/Call buttons are used, so we can improve the site. We use a privacy-first tool that does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

We use your information only to book, manage, and remind you about your appointment, to respond to you, and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run bookings and notifications (for example, the tools that send an appointment confirmation or reminder), and only as needed to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your booking information for as long as needed to manage your appointments and our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You can ask us to access or delete your information, or opt out of appointment reminders, by calling the shop. If you book, you can also cancel or reschedule from your account on the site.
